POLK COUNTY DISTRICT COURT RESULTS

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, with Judge Pete Knight presiding, 119 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Harley Boone was convicted of felony probation violation out of county. Boone’s probation was terminated.

Calvin Edward Clark was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Clark was fined $40 and court costs.

Jamar Jarrell Clemons was convicted of reckless driving to endanger. Clemons was sentenced to 15 days in jail with credit for time served.

Maxwell Paul Giger was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Giger was fined $40 and court costs.

Kelly Joseph Glynn was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Glynn was fined $40 and court costs.

Paris Michael Harrell was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 70 mph zone. Harrell was fined $92 and court costs.

Katherine Elizabeth Lewis was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Lewis was fined $40 and court costs.

Angel Deshawon Lindsey was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Lindsey was fined $30 and court costs.

Marie D. Medina-Zapata was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Medina-Zapata was fined $94 and court costs.

Gabriella C. Mileti was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Mileti was fined $30 and court costs.

Peter S. Rodriguez was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Rodriguez was fined $40 and court costs.

Lisa Debarber Simmons was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Simmons was fined $40 and court costs.
