Spots are still available for four-year-olds in Polk County Schools’ Preschool Program for the 2017-2018 school year. Parents or guardians interested in enrolling a child in the program can visit Stearns Education Center in Columbus to pick up an application and schedule an enrollment appointment.

Applications are also available at polkschools.org/preschool.

Please note that the following documents are required at the enrollment appointment: birth certificate, proof of residency and proof of income.
