On wonderful customer care

I knew I went to the right dealer when I purchased a car at Stott’s. That decision has been reinforced many times over time – recently even more!

I called Stott’s to see if they had the recall parts for my Ford Escape. They did and I said I would call back and schedule an appointment. Robbie Stott somehow knew that I was going to schedule an appointment to bring my Ford Escape in for work related to the recall. How about this one for customer care way above and beyond! I received a call from Robbie offering to pick up and return my Escape to get the work done. I of course said yes, thank you.

It is just another reason why this area is the greatest to call home and another to say how lucky we are to have Stott’s Ford.
