James McDade, widower of Betty McDade, died June 12, 2017. Born in Tryon, N.C., he was the son of late James, Sr., and Minnie McDade. James served in the United States Navy and was a member of Fairview Baptist Church in Landrum. He is survived by son, Victor McDade (Angie) and a special friend, Helen Craig.
