St. Luke’s Rehab offers exercise class for people with Parkinson’s Disease

Rehab professionals Karol Young, CHT, and Hanna Trinite, DPT, are leading a free exercise class for people with Parkinson’s Disease.
Since both Young and Trinite have attended advanced training to help people with Parkinson’s, the two have put together a 45-minute exercise class that is designed to use big movements to help people maintain balance and gain confidence.
The next class will be held Wednesday, June 14, from 12:15-1 p.m. in the St. Luke’s Rehabilitation Center. Classes are offered the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. The next one is scheduled for June 28.
