Reading Mr. Ready’s article leads me to believe that he has never missed a Polk County Commissioners meeting.

He is evidently fully aware of all events taking place in the county, and has an authoritative opinion on how to correct all problems. Not only does he possess all this knowledge, he appears to have a knowledgeable command of the North Carolina General Statutes that control the powers of local governments, including taxation. Maybe he also has the ear of the state representatives in Raleigh. If so, he would be a natural to sit on the board of commissioners. 

Should we have a fundraiser to pay his filing fee?
