Do you or someone you know need help paying for Medicare coverage? If so, the Extra Help Program may be able to help.

Extra Help is available for those who qualify, but you have to apply. Medicare beneficiaries with limited income and assets may qualify for Extra Help with Medicare Prescription Drug Plan premiums, deductibles and copayments.

If you need help finding out if you qualify or completing an application, there will be an opportunity to get help. On Wednesday, June 7 at 10:30 a.m. at the Department of Social Services on 231 Wolverine Trail, Mill Spring, trained Medicare volunteers will be on hand to help you through the process.
