As one who has attended the commissioners meeting and the tax review meetings, I have witnessed the rollover attitude regarding TIEC.

There aren’t enough people showing up to these meetings as the county allows this enterprise to morph into another Dollywood with the neighboring towns becoming new versions of Pigeon Forge. As I understand it there are plans for an amphitheatre, water park, hotel, ferris wheel… our bucolic life that was is being handed over to another P.T. Barnum. Interestingly enough, Mr. Bellissimo has stated he goes to the mountains of New Hampshire to relax and find peace!

Considering Mr. Bellissimo’s donations to our governor and his affiliation with President Trump it would be daunting to stop this; however, Virginia united and sent Disney back to Florida.
