Internationally-recognized quilter Georgia Bonesteel of Flat Rock, N.C. will be a guest at the 2017 Landrum Quilt Show on Friday, June 9, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.

The show, sponsored by the Landrum Quilters takes place June 8-10 in the gym at Landrum Middle School on 104 Redland Rd.

Bonesteel will be at the Foothills Quilt Trail table in the gym lobby where her four large wall hangings of barns which feature quilt blocks are displayed.

A founder of the Landrum Quilters, Bonesteel has written numerous books on quilting and was long-time hostess of the PBS series “Lap Quilting with Georgia Bonesteel.”

Bonesteel served as president of the International Quilt Association and is a member of the Quilters Hall of Fame.
