All of us have had tickets on occasion unless you’re a really really really good driver but the one that concerns me the most is the mandatory North Carolina seat belt law which can cost you close to several hundred dollars.

Children that get out of their seats are ticketed as well. Shoulder harnesses must be worn.

I got a ticket even though I was wearing a seat belt so even if you are wearing one what the officer says will be a key factor. I suggest a recording system (dash cam) in your car. I was told Best Buy sells them.
