Green Creek Hounds annual trail rides 2017

Published 11:07 pm Tuesday, April 4, 2017

Green Creek Hounds trail rides begin April 22. Horses are not provided.

Green Creek Hounds trail rides offer members of the community a chance to experience the land used by an active foxhunting club. The trails are on private land and consist of hills, meadows and creek crossings. You need to be able to handle these conditions to enjoy the rides. There are various jumps and all jumps are optional.

These are not walk only trail rides. They are meant to go at the normal paces used when foxhunting with checks to make sure all are doing well. Most rides will last between one and two hours.
