James Vincent Monroe, 53, of Casselberry, Fla., died of natural causes on March 18, 2017. He is survived by his mother, Suzanne Monroe of Tryon, N.C., and two sisters, Anne King (William) of Columbus, N.C. and Claire Baratelli (Phil) of St. Johns, Fla. He was a member of Second Baptist Church of Tryon. A private memorial service will be held this summer.
