Slow Food Asheville Foothills plans spring potluck at Melrose Inn

Come celebrate the spring season with those who believe the mantra – good, clean, fair food for all-at the Slow Food Asheville Foothills Spring Potluck. The potluck will be held on Sunday, April 2 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Marilyn’s Melrose Inn in Tryon.
Those attending the potluck are reminded to please bring a shared dish or beverage, marked with ingredients on a card, and a reusable plate, cup, and silverware for your supper. Use the spring season as your inspiration. All who strive to put wholesome living before convenience, community before self and desire to protect the best of our heritage foods are welcome to attend.
