Whitney Blake, known by many as the organizer of the Music in Landrum programs, has volunteered for a newly created events coordinator position with the Landrum Area Business Association (LABA). This decision was announced during the association’s regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, March 7. Starting in May, Blake will coordinate programs like the Halloween Stroll, Christmas Parade, Easter egg hunt and other town events. Blake will report to the LABA board and will be getting an intern assistant confirmed in May.
