Mill Spring man arrested on forcible sex offense charges

MILL SPRING-The Polk County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Mill Spring man on charges of forcible sex.

James Dean Huff, 29, of 4439 Hwy. 108, Mill Spring was arrested and charged this week with three counts of first-degree forcible sex offense, according to sheriff’s office reports.

Capt. Lowell Griffin said the sheriff’s office is conducting an investigation concerning allegations of sexual misconduct that involves an adult male and juvenile females.

On March 2, investigators arrested Huff.

Capt. BJ Bayne with the sheriff’s office said additional charges are expected as the investigation continues.
