I was driving on Red Fox Rd. yesterday (Wednesday, Feb. 15) with my dog, Sarah, in the back seat. We were coming home from our walk at Harmon Field. I looked at the sky and saw an interesting cloud formation. I pulled off the road and snapped this pic. I think they look like horse heads, or waves. I did some Googling and found that this is a Kelvin-Helmholtz phenomenon, rare but not unheard of. (photo submitted by Tami Martin)
