On Sunday, Feb. 12 Tryon Seventh-day Adventist Church will have a presentation on juicing veggies and fruit and how they can provide powerful nutrients for improved health. Presenters Jimmi Buell, Extension Agent and nutritionist Bev Cook will give information and provide a demonstration of various recipes to impact special health issues.
