The Foothills Music Club (FMC) is now receiving applications until Feb. 13 for their annual music scholarship auditions. This competition is open to ninth through twelfth grade students in Polk and Rutherford counties and in Landrum. Students must have had at least three years music instruction on an instrument or in voice.

The auditions will be held Friday, March 3 and Saturday, March, 4 at Tryon Presbyterian Church. More information is online at foothillsmusicclub.org or by contacting Jeanette Shackelford, scholarship chair, at 828-859-0461.
