A truckload of food, over 700 pounds, was recently donated to the Thermal Belt Outreach Ministry (TBOM), to help feed those in need. Unity in the Community, a nonprofit organization in Polk County and surrounding areas, partnered with area churches and sponsored a food drive, to kick-start the 2017 year and help restock TBOM’s shelves.
