By almost any measure, Obamacare has failed. Based on a number of deceptions when it was presented to the American people, the promise of it was doomed from the very beginning. It’s now up to the majority in Congress to keep their word and repeal it.

The capacity of Washington D.C. to confound a problem is enormous when real solutions are relatively simple. In the case of Obamacare, the legislation was unconstitutional to start. The act of abolishment can be written in one sentence into a single piece of legislation, passed by Congress and signed into law by the new president. Done. A huge savings for most Americans and a disastrous law off the books.
