Polk County District Court results for Dec. 21

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2016, with Judge Pete Knight presiding, 40 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Amanda Marice Ballew was convicted of failure to comply with community service. Ballew was sentenced to one day in jail.

Shane M. Littlejohn was convicted of resisting public officer. Littlejohn was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and court costs.

Brandon Jared Richmond was convicted of possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce. Richmond was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and court costs.
