Columbus Police Department November report

During the month of November 2016, the Columbus Police Department answered 617 calls for service.

There were four felony arrests, 11 misdemeanor arrests, one driving while impaired arrest, three fugitives arrested and a total of 152 charges, including 57 speeding citations, 21 registration violation, nine drug charges, six driving while license revoked, four no operator’s license, three uninsured motorists, two careless and reckless driving and one open container.

Officers completed 5,716 premise checks, including 96 residential, 5,464 businesses and 156 churches.

The department assisted other agencies 11 times for a total of 4.9 hours, received 138 training hours and completed 238 community patrols.
