The members and pastor of Jacksons Grove Church of Landrum cordially invite everyone to their traditional Christmas Eve Candlelight Service at 7 p.m. This worship experience is an opportunity to celebrate God’s greatest gift of the child of Bethlehem and to claim the promise of Christ’s birth for our future. Everyone is also invited to a festive and meaningful service of worship on Christmas Day at 9:30 a.m.
Holy Communion will be celebrated at both of these services.
The services are open to everyone and are attended by a wide variety of persons from different faith backgrounds. The simple elegance of this historic church provides a respite from the holiday rush and a place of inspiration to contemplate the true meaning of the season.
Founded in the early 1830s, Jacksons Grove Church still worships in a sanctuary built in 1875. It is located at 2842 North Pacolet Road in Landrum. Services are held each Sunday at 9:30 a.m. and everyone is welcome.
