Landrum Fire Dept. November report

The following report details activities of the Landrum Area Fire and Rescue Department during the month of November as reported by Landrum Fire Chief Warren Ashmore.

A total of 39 calls were responded to in November including two auto accidents, three fire/smoke alarms, one Haz-Mat/leak/odor, one electrical hazard, three medical calls, 15 service calls, five structure fires, eight trash/wood/grass fires and one vehicle fire.

The department received the most calls on each Tuesday of the week with an average of 12 calls, followed by an average of six calls on Fridays and an average of five calls on Wednesdays. The department received the most calls total during the week of Thanksgiving from Nov. 21-24.
