Polk County gave head coach Antoni Staley his first win with the program on Tuesday, topping East Henderson 76-59 in non-conference boys basketball action in Flat Rock.

Four Wolverines scored in double figures as Polk County improved to 1-3 on the season and avenged a season-opening loss to the Eagles at home.

“We played great defense, played with intensity and getting that win back from the opening-night loss was big for us,” Staley said.
