Warming The View is a community event that started two years ago as a grassroots effort to help friends and neighbors living in Sunny View stay warm during the cold winter season.
Warming the View is overwhelmed and humbled by the generosity of all who have “re-purposed” their gently used coats and blankets.
A community event will be held at McGuinn’s Store on Hwy. 9 in Sunny View on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
PCHS key club students will be volunteering alongside organizers Dee O’Brien and Lisa Moser with distribution and McGuinn’s will provide a free hotdog lunch, along with a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus.
We do not want anyone to be left out in the cold.
Please join us as we help our neighbors stay warm this winter season.
