Motorists may have noticed tall poles erected at various locations along Mills St. in Columbus, attached to street signs, over the past week. They are traffic pattern study monitors, according to Taruna Tayal, senior project manager with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB) out of Raleigh. newscountingcarsimg_1025VHB specializes in transportation planning and engineering as well as land development and environmental services.
