Terry Wetton

Terry Wetton “continued his journey” on the morning of Friday, Nov. 4, 2016 at his home, in his bed, beside his beloved wife, Julie. Terry was a Londoner by birth, born April 24, 1948.

His passion for music was revealed in his many songs and amazing CDs that never failed to touch and open hearts. He loved his radio show on WTZQ, because it gave other singer/songwriters an opportunity to be heard. He was a member of ASCAP, and once was a Grammy nominee himself. However his greatest gift was his loving, generous presence in the lives of all who were blessed to know him. He and his step-son, Tommy Hamer, played every Sunday at his spiritual family home, the Namaste Center for Spirituality, Healing and the Arts.

For the past eight years, he and his good friend, Tom Fisch gave back to the community by performing the Warmth of Home, a benefit to raise money for heating bills through Interfaith Assistance Ministries (I.A.M.).
