A difficult choice

To the editor:
In the November election, we have a choice between two flawed candidates. One is a narcissistic, egotistical spoiled brat. The other is an ambitious, greedy liar.
The first responds to criticism with crude verbal insults, providing fuel for the opposition. The other shows a callous disregard for established security procedures, endangering our nation’s future.
In the vice-presidential debate, the Republican candidate showed some poise, while the Democrat lapped around his heels like a deranged Chihuahua. The Republican candidate is the only one showing presidential potential.
Since the next president will be appointing one or more members to the Supreme Court, I believe a conservative candidate is the best choice. Voting for a Libertarian or Green Party candidate, deserving as they may be, would be wasting my vote.
