Film Festival to present ‘American Epic’ Friday for general public screening

Due to the overwhelming amount of interest in the multipart documentary “American Epic,” the Tryon International Film Festival (TRIFF 2016) will be offering a general public screening of the first installment at the Tryon Theatre on Friday night, Oct. 7 at 7 p.m. for a ticket price of $15. Arrangements are also underway to have one of the filmmakers introduce the first segment entitled “American Epic – The Big Bang.”

american-epicRobert Redford is the executive producer and narrator of this wonderful production which highlights the very beginnings of the America’s modern recording industry. Please note: this is a single screening ticket for the public.
