The Appalachian Regional Commission, PANGAEA, and the towns provided funds to buy the equipment and PANGAEA provides the Wi-Fi service as part of its nonprofit community focus.

Simply search for “PANGAEA Wi-Fi (Public)” under the Wi-Fi settings of your phone, tablet or laptop.
