Black Coffee to offer tasting, music events in October

Black Coffee, soon to open in the Misseldine Building, 15 S. Trade St, Tryon has scheduled events in October. They will be holding a coffee tasting the second Saturday of each month from 9-11 a.m. Sample single origin coffees from around the world and learn more about coffee, including varietals, sourcing, processing, roasting and tasting notes. The first tasting will be held Oct. 8.

Also, Oct. 8 from 6-8 p.m., Black Coffee will host the Noah Proudfoot Trio from 6-8 p.m. Come and listen to a native of Tryon, Noah Proudfoot. Complimentary wine, beer, and coffee will be served.

There is a charge for both of these events.
