The Polk County Board of Elections would like to offer condolences to the family and friends of Mary Q. Pruitt at her passing away this weekend. Mary was a valued part of the elections team and she will be greatly missed.

As we approach this presidential election the elections board would like to assure the citizens of Polk County that election operations will continue to run smoothly and efficiently. Polk County has a pool of experienced and knowledgeable poll workers that can be called upon to fill in during this busy season.
