Rose Arnell Teague, 73, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016 surrounded by her family.

Born in Polk County, N.C., she was the daughter of the late Pearcy and Mary Stiles Clement.  Mrs. Teague was a member of Midway Baptist Church. She loved and cherished her family and friends. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Surviving is her husband of 53 years, Albert Teague; two sons: Robert Teague (Diana) of Inman, S.C., and William Teague (Lara) of Ft. Wayne, Ind.; one daughter: Mary Teague Jones (Jeff) of Columbus, N.C.; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Also surviving are three brothers: Bobby Clement of Columbus, N.C., Jimmy Clement (Linda) of Landrum, S.C., Dean Clement (Katherine) of Landrum, S.C.; one sister: JoAnn Delaney (Joe) of Virginia, and several special nieces and nephews.

A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 14, 2016 in the McFarland Funeral Chapel with Rev. Peter McDonald and Rev. Gary Lockee officiating.

Burial will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens, Columbus, N.C.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m. in the McFarland Funeral Chapel.
