Doug Elliott to visit FENCE

Foothills Equestrian Nature Center is excited to welcome back Doug
Elliott to the great room on Sunday, Sept. 11, at 4 p.m. Elliott will perform his Woodslore and Wildwoods Wisdom program, which incorporates storytelling, song and folk lore. This wonderful presentation is free and open to the public and is sure to be a great event for all ages.
Doug Elliott is well known for his naturalist background and his use of the natural world and storytelling to engage and captivate audiences of all ages. Elliott is a man of many trades; he is a storyteller, herbalist, basket maker, harmonica player, humorist, and the list goes on and on. Elliott has an amazing talent, which he has been able to share with folks all over.
This event is made possible by the Kirby Endowment at the Polk County Community Foundation. Refreshments will be served after the performance.
