Instead of cursing your lawn this year, learn the tried and true techniques to be successful.  Cooperative Extension Director Scott Welborn will be teaching a class on lawn care, Thursday, Sept. 8, from 12-2 p.m., that will be held at the Extension office located at 60 Gibson Street in Columbus.

This course will cover new lawn establishment, care of existing lawns as well as diseases, insect and weed control. Bring your lunch and enjoy this free course that will make your neighbors jealous of your lawn!
