During the month of July 2016, the Saluda Police Department responded to 208 calls for service.

There were eight state citations issued, seven city citations issued and 20 warnings.

Officers responded to three larcenies, three alarms, 20 suspicious persons/vehicles, one property damage report, 12 welfare checks, conducted three license checks, completed 1,701 business checks, 105 church checks and 95 house checks.

The Saluda Police Department also did two license checks in Saluda and one assisting Columbus that resulted in one drug arrest and two warrants. The department also responded to one domestic call, two fight calls, one funeral escort and two calls for intoxicated drivers.
