Quilting Bea, who stands at Stearns Park in Columbus, will be auctioned Aug. 19, along with 15 other beautifully decorated fiberglass horses painted by Foothills area artists, at the Tryon International Equestrian Center during the Saturday Night Lights event. The August issue of Life In Our Foothills magazine, on stands now, contains beautiful full color photos of these horses, which have become a point of pride in Columbus, Saluda, Tryon and Landrum.
