Polk District Court results

During Polk County District Court on Monday, June 27, 2016, with Judge Emily Cowan presiding, 35 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Catherine Ann Watson was convicted of failure to appear on misdemeanor. Watson was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.

Ronnie Nina Mann was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Mann was fined $40 and court costs.

During Polk County District Court on Wednesday, June 29, 2016, with Judge Peter Knight presiding, 133 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Emily Lucinda Bouldrey was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Bouldrey was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Corbin James Brooks was convicted of level two driving while impaired. Brooks was sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, seven days in jail and court costs.

Willard E. Bryant was convicted of unsafe movement. Bryant was to pay court costs.

Zane Foster Capozzi was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Capozzi wasfined $50 and court costs.

Dylan Reid Dietz was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Dietz was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Dominique S. Johnson was convicted of unsafe movement. Johnson was fined $100.

Andrea Cheryl Miller was convicted of intoxicated and disruptive. Miller was to pay court costs.

Larry Odell Morrison was convicted of rear seat belt violation. Morrison was fined $25.

Allen Thomas J. Nabors was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Nabors was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Christopher L. Norwood was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Norwood was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

William Ross Sturm was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Sturm was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Corey James Underwood was convicted of simple possession of schedule III controlled substance. Underwood was sentenced to 45 days in jail with credit.

Raynard Deshay Walker was convicted of simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance. Walker was fined $25 and court costs.
