Margot Carter was recently hired as Thermal

Belt Outreach Ministry’s development and communications manager. Margot has over 17 years of experience in the financial industry and her background includes marketing, product development, sales, account management, training and administration.

She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BA in English and minors in public relations, mass media and organizational communication. Margot lives in Tryon with her husband Robert and two children, Rollins and Lawson who attend Polk County Schools.
