The Polk County PACE and SWAT teams executed a search warrant on May 24 at the Cold Springs Rd. residence.

The sheriff’s office says the search warrant was the result of a culmination of information and an undercover operation concerning the possession and sale of methamphetamine.

Officers discovered methamphetamine and paraphernalia used to package and sell methamphetamine inside the residence during the search, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

As of Wednesday, June 8, Moss was still being held at the Polk County Jail under a $105,000 bond.

Officers say the investigation into the case continues.
