Along with contributing Saluda businesses, the Saluda Downtown Foundation is sponsoring this Sunday afternoon event as a fundraiser and donations collected during the concerts will go to the Save Saluda’s Streetscapes fund.

“The City of Saluda is developing a master streetscape and lighting plan to improve and repair the downtown sidewalks and lighting with limited budgets and grants. We feel that making our sidewalks safe and attractive should be a primary goal to meet our NC Small Town Main,” says Lynn Cass, chairperson for the Saluda Downtown Foundation.

Concertgoers should bring their own chairs or blankets. Coolers with food and soft drinks are allowed but no alcoholic beverages are permitted. Events are rain or shine and rain events may move to the Pavilion. Donations are appreciated.

For more information about the concerts, please contact Judy Ward at 828-674-5958 or judyward@charter.net.
