The school counseling department at PCMS recently started a school-wide testing theme for the month of May. Each year the counselors pick a theme that will inspire students but also remind them to be academically focused as they prepare for the End of Grade tests and North Carolina Final Exams. This year the theme revolved around Star Wars.

With the help of Star Wars teacher fans at PCMS, the counselors provided each homeroom teacher with a mini poster with Star War themed testing tips.

Throughout the month of May, peer helpers have been giving Star Wars special announcements with encouraging words for a successful end of year. Teachers decorated hallways and bulletin boards with Star Wars themed encouragement.
