Invasive removal workday at FENCE; Volunteers wanted!

Published 10:00 pm Tuesday, March 15, 2016

Join us at Foothills Equestrian Nature Center on Thursday, March 17, from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. We will be working mostly on the paved Wildwood Trail at FENCE to continue our battle with invasive plants. We will work for about three hours removing invasive plants such as Privet, Honeysuckle, Bittersweet, and Tree of Heaven.

Snacks, work gloves, and some tools will be provided but if you have your own tools please bring those along. Don’t forget to dress for the weather and bring water. We hope that you can help us to combat these invasive plants!
