The Town of Columbus swore into office its newly elected council members and mayor during a special meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 8. Pictured is new councilman Mark Phillips, incumbent councilwoman Margaret Metcalf, incumbent mayor Eric McIntyre and incumbent councilman Richard Hall.
