Corbett Stone’s plan to properly dispose of horse manure in Mill Spring appears to need some adjustment. Most people with horses know that handling their manure and stall cleanings is challenging because commonly used stall bedding products decompose very slowly.

 

But to say that he will turn a mountain of horse manure containing unknown levels of medications and supplements into an organic product is like suggesting a spoonful of glyphosate will sweeten your coffee.

 

One of the most bastardized words in our language today is organic.
