Polk County Superior Court Administrative Session Oct. 14

In Polk County Criminal Superior Court Administrative Session on Oct. 14, 2015, with Judge Mark E. Powell presiding, 154 cases were heard. Some cases were continued or dismissed.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Rodney L. Adcock Jr. was convicted of probation violation. Adcock was sentenced to 36 days in jail and his probation terminated.

Dustin Lee Hall was convicted of probation violation. Hall was sentenced to 36 days in jail, court costs and restitution and probation terminated.

Graylon Cornelius Jones was convicted of flee/elude arrest with motor vehicle. Jones was sentenced to 30 months supervised probation and court costs.

Nathaniel Stephen Loehr was convicted of possess/distribute meth precursor. Loehr was sentenced to three years supervised probation, 70 days in jail with credit for 77 days and court costs.

Shawnda Janae Pack was convicted of felony probation violation. Pack’s probation was terminated.
