Join Rev. Kathryn Greene-McCreight, PhD, author and associate chaplain at The Episcopal Church at Yale as she shares her pilgrimage on the Way of St. James. The Camino, or the Way, is a trail that winds through Northern Spain. The pilgrimage ends at Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, where the remains of St. James are said to be buried.

Kathryn presents her journey Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 6 p.m. during the Fun & Learning Night program at the Congregational Church of Tryon. This program is free and open to everyone. The evening begins at 5:30 p.m. with a tasty homemade veggie soup supper served by the Hands of Change Youth Service Group.

Homemade soup, cornbread, beverage and a dessert will be served for a donation to Hands of Change, an ecumenical youth program sponsored by the Congregational Church, where youth (grades 6-12) learn the joys of service each Wednesday afternoon Polk County schools are in session. Mark your calendars and be sure and join us!
