Rising Country Music Star Chris Lane returns to the Carolinas Sept. 26 to support the upcoming “Rock the Carolinas Fest” concert to benefit Habitat for Humanity. This first-ever “Rock the Carolinas Fest” will be held at Rogers Park Amphitheater in downtown Tryon, N.C. at 6 p.m.
Chris Lane hails from Kernersville, N.C. where he began to play live shows after his college baseball career ended. Over the last few years, Chris has played more than 500 shows, opening up for Florida Georgia Line, The Band Perry, Eli Young Band, Chris Young and Brantley Gilbert among others. Chris Lane has also been featured on Lee Brice’s “The Otherside Tour” and will kick off the “Hell of a Night” Tour with Dustin Lynch this fall.
Concert Promoter Brook Hannon states: “Our goal is to produce an event that has a youthful impact and is more relatable, by bringing in artists and bands that they’re seeing or hearing on TV, Radio, YouTube or at the big out-of-town concerts. In addition, we want to use this platform to build awareness and provide immediate resources to organizations like Habitat for Humanity.”
Everyone is urged to attend the concert and lend their support to Habitat for Humanity. This event is sponsored by Foothills Crawlspace, Stars Creative, Diamond B Energies and RockTheCarolinas.com with additional support from WSSL 100.5 “Whistle 100”
All tickets will be sold at the gate. ATMs are available at Tryon Federal and Sunoco near the venue. Cash only at the gate the day of the event, no checks accepted. Visit rockthecarolinasfest.com and iamchrislane.com for more information.
