Polk, Saluda approve resolutions in opposition to Duke Energy lines

The Polk County Board of Commissioners and Saluda City Council both approved resolutions in opposition of Duke Energy’s plans to run transmission lines through Polk County.
Both boards approved resolutions unanimously during separate meetings on Monday, Aug. 10.
